He diagnosed my knee problem, advised regular analgesia medication and gave me an excise plan. I saw Adam a couple of times over a two month period when he reviewed my progress and altered my exercise programme. My knee improved back to my base line of cycling and long walks. I would definitely recommend Adam for anyone who has any knee problems.
